How the Telemedicine service exactly works?

• The Telemedicine service works mainly over the Internet.
• There could be a situation where if the doctor needs to seek some clarification to help him close the information gap, he might make a phone call.
• Once the treatment strategy has been decided a small kit of medicines is provided to the patient.
• This kit contains most of the medicines that the patient might need to deal with emergencies or specific conditions that may arise during the course of the treatment - like pains, bleeding, etc.
• As soon as the patient receives the medicines instructions for using the same are provided by email. The patient keeps reporting back her/his conditions and accordingly instructions for which medicines to use and how are provided.
• The response time is usually a few hours and under extremely rare situations up to 48 hours.

The registration process for Telemedicine is very simple. You just need to fill in the consultation form and pay the required fee. Click here to fill the consultation form. Once we receive the filled form and the respective fee, we will create a case file for you on our database.

What is the consultation fee?

We offer 3 different packages to suit your need, so that you can avail the most cost-effective treatment based on your requirement.

One Time Consultation (by Video or by Telephone):

One Time Consultation by Video costs $150.00 in USD (£102.00 GBP or €127.00 in EUR) or INR 2,500 and is valid only for one consultation and it is not available for critical diseases.

One Time Consultation by Telephone $80.00 in USD (£54.00 GBP or €68.00 in EUR) or INR 1000 and is valid only for one consultation and it is not available for critical diseases.

Six Months Unlimited Consultation for non-critical diseases:

This package costs $450.00 in USD (£305.00 GBP or €382.00 in EUR) and is valid for a period of Six Months. You can avail any number of consultations (for your original health problem and anything else of concern), over a period of Six Months.

Six Months Unlimited Consultation for critical diseases:

This package costs $817.00 in USD (£554.00 GBP or €693.00 in EUR) and is valid for a period of Six Months. You can avail any number of consultations (for your original health problem and anything else of concern), over a period of Six Months.

One Year Unlimited Consultation for non-critical diseases :

This package costs $725.00 in USD (£492.00 GBP or €615.00 in EUR) and is valid for a period of One Year. You can avail any number of consultations (for your original health problem and anything else of concern), over a period of 1 year.

One Year Unlimited Consultation for critical diseases :

This package costs $1317.00 in USD (£893.00 GBP or €1116.00 in EUR) and is valid for a period of One Year. You can avail any number of consultations, for any health problems over a period of 1 year.

Six Months Unlimited India Package for non-critical diseases:

This package costs INR 6,675 or $108.00 USD approximately and is valid for a period of Six Months. You can avail any number of consultations, for any health problems over a period of Six Months. This is a limited time discounted package, only for patients residing in India and medicines for patients registered under this package will be dispatched only to any address within India.

Six Months Unlimited India Package for critical diseases:

This package costs INR 11,450 or $185.00 USD approximately and is valid for a period of Six Months. You can avail any number of consultations, for any health problems over a period of Six Months. This is a limited time discounted package, only for patients residing in India and medicines for patients registered under this package will be dispatched only to any address within India.

One Year Unlimited India Package for non-critical diseases:

This package costs INR 11,000 or $178.00 USD approximately and is valid for a period of One Year. You can avail any number of consultations, for any health problems over a period of One Year. This is a limited time discounted package, only for patients residing in India and medicines for patients registered under this package will be dispatched only to any address within India.

One Year Unlimited India Package for critical diseases:

This package costs INR 19,975 or $322.00 USD approximately and is valid for a period of One Year. You can avail any number of consultations, for any health problems over a period of One Year. This is a limited time discounted package, only for patients residing in India and medicines for patients registered under this package will be dispatched only to any address within India.

Note: Prices in USD, GBP and EURO are only indicative and may vary due to fluctuations in the rate of exchange.

How will I receive my medicines?

The medicines will be delivered from one of our centres in USA, Europe or Kolkata (India). They will be shipped through couriers services like FedEx / DHL or postal services like USPS, air mail, etc. based on your proximity to one of our centres.

Within India, the medicines will be shipped through AFL couriers wherever they operate, and through alternative couriers where they don't operate.

What are the payment terms and conditions?

We only accept online credit card or debit card payments. You can pay online using the secure PayPal gateway. Once you fill the consultation form you will be taken to the payment page to finish your registration.

On the payment page choose the payment button, based on your choice of package to make your payment.

For patients residing in India, in addition to the above option we also offer the facility to send a local cheque, demand draft, or make money transfer to ICICI bank. This option is only for patients in India. For patients residing in other countries, in addition to the credit card option we can also provide other payment methods based on the case. Please get in touch with us for more details.

Please note that the registration for Telemedicine will be complete only after realisation of payment.

Will the consultation fee include the cost for medicines?

No, the consultation fee does not include the cost for medicines s we charge you only for medicines needed by you. The cost for medicines, along with the shipping and packaging charge will be notified to you based on your prescription after your consultation.
